All studios and apartments are air-conditioned and feature simple, modern décor, with white wooden furnishings and plenty of natural light. Each unit includes a private balcony, a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, ceramic hobs, and dining area, as well as a smart TV and a private bathroom with shower. Free and fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Flisvos Beach Apartments is ideally located: just 100 metres from the beach, in a peaceful setting tucked away from the noise of bars and nightlife, yet close enough that everything is within easy walking distance.
Across the road, you’ll find the Golden Star Supermarket for daily essentials. Opposite, enjoy your coffee at Second Cup Protaras. Right next door, Mandali Hotel welcomes Flisvos guests to use its pool and paid services, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, massage, or gym sessions.
For a special dining experience, Rocas Experience — one of the most stylish restaurants in the area — is just a short walk away. Flisvos guests can even park in Rocas’ private lot free of charge.
Need to stock up? Lidl Protaras is nearby. The main Protaras strip, a scenic red-paved road lined with shops, tavernas, and cafes, runs from McDonald’s to Fig Tree Bay. Flisvos is only a 5-minute walk from this vibrant street, offering both quiet and convenience.
What About the Off-Season?
Protaras is highly seasonal — lively from April to early November, and peaceful during the winter months. If you visit mid-November through Easter, a car is recommended. It’s the ideal time to explore the broader Famagusta region, including Kapparis, Pernera, Paralimni centre, Ayia Napa, and traditional inland villages.
